How to add my New Agent in the App?

Sponsorship Eligibility

Be informed that you can only add in your new sponsored agents if you have a "+" or "Add" button in the list of your sponsored agents just like below.

Only those with "ADD" button can sponsor a new agent.

Why can't I see the "ADD" button?

There could be several reasons why the "ADD" button is missing. If you fall into any of these categories or cases, it means you're not yet eligible to add new agents to the team.

REASON

SOLUTION

  • You have less than 3 closing.
  • Close at least 3 properties to be eligible for sponsorship. Your 4th closing onwards entitles you to 2 slots per closing. Read our policy handbook to know more about career progression. The system can only count the closing based on your encoded closed deals.
  • You don't have enough slots available for sponsorship.
  • You have exhausted the number of slots you have to recruit. Close more deals and encode it to our App in order to increase your slots.
  • You have reached a maximum of 5 new agents with no ice breakers.
  • You have reached the maximum limit of new agents at a time. As part of our policy, a sponsor can only handle a maximum of 5 agents with no ice break. To solve this, you may either (1) remove an agent who has no closing since then from the system by deleting their account due to inactivity or (2) help your new agent close at least 1 deal and encourage them to encode it to our app in order to replenish your limit of 5.
