DOCUMENTS NEEDED:


A. WITH TITLE (Registered)

1. ROD - Certified True Copy of Title

2. ASSESSOR - Certified Copy of Tax Declaration

3. GE (any licensed Geodetic Engineer) - Sketch Plan with Technical Description

4. MPDC - Zoning Certification;

5. DENR CENRO -Land Status & Lot Status

6. TREASURER – Tax Clearance for the Current Year

7. RTC – RTC Clearance No Pending Case or Controversy

8. BARANGAY – Barangay Clearance No Pending Case or Controversy/Ownership


IF THE OWNER IS DEAD

1. Extrajudicial Settlement Among Heirs

2. Payment of Estate Tax

3. Family Tree

4. Death Certificate of Deceased Owner

5. Birth Certificate of Heirs 


IF THE TITLE IS CLOA 

1. Title is issued more than ten(10) years prohibition period

2. Certification on how the title was acquired by the beneficiaries - DAR Provincial Office

3. Certification that the Title is not CANCELLED - DAR Provincial Office 

4. Certification that there is NO PENDING CASE at DARAB - DAR Provincial Office


B. WITHOUT TITLE (Unregistered/Tax Declaration Only)

1. ASSESSOR - Certified Copy of Tax Declaration

2. GE (any licensed Geodetic Engineer) - Sketch Plan with Technical Description

3. MPDC - Zoning Certification;

4. DENR CENRO -Land Status & Lot Status

5. DENR LMB – Certified Technical Description

6. TREASURER – Tax Clearance for the Current Year

7. RTC – RTC Clearance No Pending Case or Controversy

8. BARANGAY – Barangay Clearance No Pending Case or Controversy/Ownership


IF THE OWNER IS DEAD

1. Extrajudicial Settlement Among Heirs

2. Payment of Estate Tax

3. Family Tree

4. Death Certificate of Deceased Owner

5. Birth Certificate of Heirs
