Team EMPIRE has announced significant changes to its leadership structure and introduced a new "Domain" system for 2025.
Leadership Changes:
Starting January 1, 2024, three core leadership positions will be vacated: Boss Cicelle Samling, Boss Mckyle Pelingon, and Boss Junheld Dela Cueva. The team expresses its sincere gratitude for their valuable contributions to Team EMPIRE in 2024.
The remaining core members are:
- Boss Ella Santos: Team Leader, handling all external affairs and official communications.
- Boss Brian Punzalan: Responsible for all onboarding procedures and policies.

Team EMPIRE will also be welcoming one new core member in 2025.
Introduction of "Domains":
A key change for 2025 is the introduction of "Domains."
- What is a Domain? A team created by a sponsor agent will be called a Domain.
- Domain Structure: Each Domain is led by the sponsor (upline), and members consist of the sponsor's recruits (downlines).
- Automatic Membership: Every agent is automatically part of their sponsor's Domain.
- Sponsor Autonomy: Sponsors will now have the authority to validate their downline's closings.
Benefits of the Domain System:
- Empowered Sponsors: Sponsors gain greater autonomy and responsibility within the team.
- Faster Closing Validation: Eliminates the need to wait for core group validation, streamlining the process.

All sponsor agents will undergo specialized training on how to properly validate closings and create posters for their downlines.
