Responsibilities:

• Listing coverage: 3-5km radius around designated warehouses in Manila, Mandaluyong, and Paranaque.
• Proactive communication with clients about future business opportunities.
• Focus on AYA HILLS project.

Marketing & Sales:

• Create short, engaging moving videos (3+ seconds) for advertisements.
• Target high-value "big ticket" clients in brokerage sales.
• Reframe Dubai expenses as investment, not cost.

Partnerships & Projects:

• CLI: partnership status update (28/29), poster design suggestion, project focus on Cebu IT Park Vermosa and Palawan casa mira.

Internal Support:

• EMRS: receive support on personal finance/financial literacy training.

Team & Goals:

• Team regrouping: define team goals for closings, units sold, and target areas (Bay Area, BGC, Makati).
• PRC accreditation support for TL.
• Pukpukan: "1 Billion Team Sales" initiative.

Events:

• Team bonding/awarding in Bulacan: January 14-15, 2024.
• ARES Secretary & Treasurer Thailand trip: details confirmed on January 9, 2024.

Overall Emphasis:

• Collaboration and communication.
• Increased sales performance, particularly "big ticket" clients.
• Team growth and development.
