Step 1: Get a Copy of Proof of Transaction

Ensure that you attach all necessary requirements and documents relevant to your closed deal this includes, but not limited to, any proof of identity, proof of billing, proof of address, and many more. Below are the list of proof of transaction:

• Notarized Lease Contract (Leasing)
• Notarized Contract of Lease (Brokerage Sale)
• Notarized Deed of Absolute Sale (Brokerage Sale)
• Accomplished Reservation Agreement (Project Selling)

Step 2: Fill Up the Closed Deal Forms depending on the nature of your deal

Step 3: The team will send a congratulatory poster, a proof that your closed deal, is now recorded in Team Empire (EMRS) Database. You can post the collateral in any of your social media and professional accounts.
