Step 1: Setting Up Your Professional Profile

First things first, let's get your Facebook profile in tip-top shape. This is your digital storefront, so make sure it creates a strong first impression. Here's what you need to do:

• Profile Picture & Cover Photo: Use the professional headshot and cover photo provided to you by our CORE Leaders. Consistency is key!
• About Section: Fill in your information like this:
  • Proud Ahente @ Flipino Homes
  • Real Estate Salesperson @ Executive Management Real Estate
  • Certified Rent Manager @ Rent.PH
  • Studies Real Estate Management at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila
  • Lives in [Your City]

Pro Tip: Consider adding a short bio introducing yourself and what you love about real estate. This will help you stand out and connect with potential clients.

Step 2: Join the Community

The next seven days are all about building your network and becoming a valuable resource for renters. Here's how:

• Join Facebook Groups: Search for 10-15 active groups related to rentals in different areas. Use keywords like "Condo For Rent in BGC". Remember, joining too many groups at once can get your account flagged, so be strategic.

Step 3: Build Your Network

Let's get you connected! Here's where to start:

• Team EMPIRE Agents: Start by adding all the agents from our main group chat (GC). There should be around 50 agents ready to connect with you.
• EMRS GC: If you have access to the EMRS GC, add everyone there as well.

Step 4: Navigate Listings from Our System

EMPIRE Listings can be found in our EMPIRE Pro - the primary tech-based ecosystem used by Team EMPIRE! You can find different listings based on: 

• DOMAIN LISTINGS - These are properties listed by your sponsor or your downlines who are also a listing agent.
• PRIORITY LISTINGS - These are properties that can either be a documented listing (with RAPA/RCA) and/or below-market listings.
• DEVELOPMENTS - These are developments such as condominiums and subdivisions where you can find listings within the development.

Step 5: Showcase EMPIRE Listings

It's time to start promoting properties! Here are some key points to remember:

• Post on Facebook Marketplace: Your sponsor will provide you with listings to post. Stick to one listing per day to avoid overwhelming your audience. Facebook limits you to 10 listings per week anyway.
• Post in Relevant Groups: Share listings in the Facebook groups you joined. Keep your posts concise and informative. Highlight key details like location, condo name, number of bedrooms, and floor level.
• Tight-lipped on Price: For units with particularly attractive prices, tease the details without revealing the exact rental rate. This will pique interest and encourage potential clients to reach out.

Step 7: When You Need Help

Don't be afraid to ask for guidance! If a client inquires with a question you can't answer, simply take a screenshot of the conversation and reach out to your sponsor for support. This is how we conduct the ONE-ON-ONE MENTORSHIP - OUR TEAM SECRET!

Step 8: Pre-screening Potential Tenants

Step 9: Consistency is Key!

Follow these steps consistently for the next 7-14 days, working closely with your sponsor. Remember, success in real estate comes down to a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, hard work, and unwavering dedication.
