How to Activate my Account?
Prior to activating your account
- Ensure that your sponsor already created your account.
- For Sponsor Agents, How to add my New Agent in the App?
- Your sponsor have submitted a "Feedback" to our admin through the Feedback feature in the Menu Tab of our App with the following information of the new agent:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address (crucial information)
- Ensure that the email registered to your account is also logged in to your browser (whether in your computer or phone browser).
Steps in activating my own account
Step 1: Within 24 hours from the creation of your account by your sponsor, check your email to get the link where you'll be activating and accessing the Team EMPIRE App.
Step 2: Copy the link and open it to your browser. If you're using your mobile phone, just go to your default browser and paste the access link in the search bar.
Step 3: Once the app loaded, an "ACCEPT" button must be present. Click "ACCEPT" to activate your account.
Step 4: Using the same link, bookmark it to your browser. This will serve as your main access to our APP. If you're using a mobile phone, use the same link, click on the three dots “⋮” and choose "Add to Home screen". An icon will be saved into your home screen which serves as a bookmark for the link.
Set Up Your Account!
- Ensure that your phone number and email address are correct.
- Ensure that the date entered on your FIRE Completion are correct.
- From time to time, upload all Filipino Homes, PRC, DHSUD and Developer accreditation documents to your FH Accreditation Attachments. You can only add 1 file OR 1 image at a time.
- Also, whatever your status in your LR Account, kindly update it to your account in our APP. This is our way to check whose agent is having trouble with their LR Account for easy monitoring.
