    NOTE: The agent who RECEIVED the commission from the Lessor MUST be the one who will facilitate the remittance of both agents.


    Remit your Closing!

    Step 1: Completely Fill Up the Remittance Slip
    • Remittance Slip for Leasing

    DATE: The date when you remit

    PROPERTY TYPE: (Condominium / Lot / House & Lot / Apartment / Office / etc.)

    ADDRESS: Condo Name - Tower - Unit Number

    RATE OF RENTAL: The amount stated in the contract

    DURATION: (12 Months / 6 Months )

    AMOUNT RECEIVED: The amount you actually received as your share

    (20%) SHARE OF RENT.PH: 20% of the amount you received (This is the amount you remit to the given bank account below)

    CLOSING AGENT: You

    PARTNER AGENT: The other Filipino Homes Agent Involved (Write Outside Agent if you collaborated with someone not from Filipino Homes. Write "N/A" or "None" if solo closing)

    TEAM: LUZON LEADERS

    UNIT MANAGER: Ellaine & Jeffrey Sanchez

    NAME OF CLIENT: Name of Tenant

    SIZE OF PROPERTY: State the Number of Bedroom, Parking (If included), and SQM of unit

    • Remittance Slip for Brokerage Sale

    DATE: The date when you remit

    TYPE OF PROPERTY: House & Lot, Condo, Lot and also State if Residential, Commercial, etc

    TOTAL AMOUNT OF PROPERTY: The amount stated in the Contract of Sale or Deed of Absolute Sale

    COMMISSION PERCENTAGE: The Commission Rate

    AMOUNT OF COMMISSION RECEIVED: The amount you actually received as your share

    (15%) SHARE OF COMPANY: 15% of the amount you received (This is the amount you remit to the given bank account below)

    NAME OF AGENT: You

    TEAM: Luzon Leaders - EMRS - EMPIRE

    NAME OF CLIENT: Name of Buyer

    NAME OF OWNER: Name of Seller

    UPLINE BROKER: Your Signing Broker during PRC. If you don't have PRC yet, write "Ellaine & Jeffrey Sanchez"


    Step 2: Send Your Remittance to the Bank Details Below

    • How Much to Send

    Step 3: Send all Remittance Slips as well as the Confirmation of Payment
    • Rental: Send it to boss Robert for Validation & Signature
    • Brokerage: Send it to boss Jacky for Validation & Signature

    Include the first copy of your notarized lease contract with your remittance slip for signing when sending to Boss Robert

    Step 4: Wait and Save the Signed Remittance Slips

    Step 5: Forward a copy of the signed remittance slips to our RENT MANAGERS-EMRS GC

    Step 6: Upload the Remittance Slips to your Closed Deals in EMPIRE App. Check the GUIDE HERE

    Step 7: Upload your Remittance Slip and Record Your Closing in your LR Account.

    Include the first copy of your notarized lease contract with your signed remittance slip when uploading to your LR Account.
